Starting this year and changing each additional year until the full reform

is in place there is a change in the part d coverage. If one doesn't use a

medicare advantage plan which covers medication one must also have a part d

plan to do it. This year the infamous doughnut hole which is a part of

part d plans grows smaller and does so each year until it disappears.
