Guest guest
I eat yo play light. I am a diabetic and it doesn't raise my sugar level. a good healthy yogurt Hi all. I absolutely love eating yogurt and was wondering if any of you can recommend a brand of yogurt you eat that is diabetic-friendly. I have been buying the light and fit yogurts but didn't know if sugarwise, they are good for you. I like the fruit on the bottom ones but am willing to try new things. Thanks for your input. __________ NOD32 5556 (20101022) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com

Guest guest
Hi , Have you eaten a yogurt, then tested your blood sugar 2 hours later to see how much the yogurt brings your blood sugar up? That might be a way for you to tell using the brands you like. Sharon a good healthy yogurt Hi all. Guest guest
You need to know how much added sugar is in any of the yogurts you like, and as someone suggested, test about 2 hours after eating it. Have someone read the nutritional data also, and note the carbohydrates per serving. Yogurts with fruit will probably be somewhat higher in carbohydrates since fruit is natural sugar.
