You need to know how much added sugar is in any of the yogurts you like, and as

someone suggested, test about 2 hours after eating it. Have someone read the

nutritional data also, and note the carbohydrates per serving. Yogurts with

fruit will probably be somewhat higher in carbohydrates since fruit is natural

sugar.

a good healthy yogurt

Hi all.

I absolutely love eating yogurt and was wondering if any of you can

recommend a brand of yogurt you eat that is diabetic-friendly. I have been

buying the light and fit yogurts but didn't know if sugarwise, they are good

for you. I like the fruit on the bottom ones but am willing to try new

things. Thanks for your input.
