Guest guest
Thanks for those links to " bpd411 " , . I went there and read several of the articles, and they seem very on-target to me. The focus of the articles I read is on safety for the non-pd spouse and the children of those with bpd. I particularly liked the article on " negative intent " , which is about bpd projecting. I personally think its important to separate the issue of physical and emotional safety for the non-pd spouses and particularly for the children of the pd individual from the issue of giving emotional support to the person with bpd/other pds. -Annie > > Hi, > > Another useful link. > > http://www.bpd411.org/fleas.html > > > > >

Guest guest
Im glad you found the link good. It also gave me chills too, and the lying part stood out for me also. The one that stood out most was, " the habit of lying as part of walking on eggshells. " I lie a lot. " Oh, I didn't hear the phone, " " so and so was on the phone all night; that's why i didn't hear your call, " " I can't visit you this week; I'm so busy this week. " And so on. Even right this moment, my husband and daughter just left for their national park trip and what's distressing me most right now is keeping it from nada. I mean, I know she'll find out eventually, but I dread it. I wish she were the type of mother that I could share with and get support from.
