GS,

In addition to cleaning, shopping and various other chores, your

responsibilities include keeping yourself healthy. Mental health

is an important part of your health. There's no reason to feel

guilty about doing things that contribute to allowing you to

stay mentally healthy. Learning how to successfully deal with

your nada and the effects of what she's done to you most

definitely falls into that category.

Can you give us the address for One Angry Daughter?

Thanks Katrina!

Here's the addy for One Angry Daughter. Some of it works for me - some of it

just doesn't hit my situation. . . but her reading list looks AMAZING.

Love to you all, happy Sunday. I hope you are pursuing your passions today

instead of living with your head half way in the past (like i am).
