Hypochondria and Abuse

Hi All,

 

Im sat here wondering if anyone else suffers severe anxiety because of their

pasts??

 

I have terrible anxiety, I worry about everything, my health included, I fear I

am going to die young, and and if I get physically ill I worry terribly that the

doctors have missed something etc.

 

I hate being like this, I want to live worry free, I have a six year old son

who I adore and I dont want him to suffer anxiety like this because of me.

 

Is anyone else the same?
