Guest guest Posted August 30, 2010 Report Share Posted August 30, 2010 I was just wondering what everyone's attitude was towards foods that are intended as diet food, even if you're doing IE and not dieting. For instance, i drink diet soda and for the most part eat light ice cream and 2% milk cheese. Partly this is just a reflex for me having grown up dieting, but also I like these foods and don't get all that excited by the full fat or full sugar version. At least, I think that's what I think But I am well and truly through the legalization phase and in fact pretty much no food is all that thrilling for me anymore. This has not been the huge benefit I thought it would be, in that I have done a lot of eating to try to achieve that former " high " .
