That is so true. My family makes fun

of me and my kefir making and drinking.

I call it my " Gods " juice, meaning it was

God sent. It makes a huge difference

in my life.

Dad hasnt been too good on drinking it

since he moved home, and he is showing

the effects of it by extreme fatigue and

not feeling so well. So I gave him a pep

talk and a jar full last night. He admitted

that he sees a huge difference in how he

feels.......I am sure that chemo killed all

his intestional flora right along wtih all

those cancer cells.........now he needs

the kefir to help balance it again......
