a while back I had a similar situation with CVS. As i onlhy live with

spoiled cats creating a handwritten log which they sent to me was not an

option. When I notified CVS of this they said they would contact my doctor

to get the appropriate documentation that they needed. have been out of town

so this is the reason for the delayed response.

My doctor can't provide a log. They can't print it from the Prodigy any more

Speaking of this....what's the status of the Prodigy log software? A couple

My pharmacy prints out logues for all there diabetics. You might see if you

pharmacy does this. Ours doesn't charge for this service.
