Guest guest Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 I KNOW THAT NUTS AND SEEDS HAVE NO CARBS TO SPEAK OF, BUT ARE THEY OK TO EAT FOR A DIABETIC AND IF YOU ARE TRYING TO DROP THE EXTRA WEIGHT? PROBABLY BETTER TO EAT THOSE NUTS AND SEEDS THAT HAVE VERY LITTLE SALT OR NONE. SO WHAT SPICES DO YOU GUYS EAT THAT HAS NO SALT? I TRIED THE MISSES DACH AND I THINK IT NEEDS SOME SALT TO TASTE BETTER. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU LEARN TO NOT DIG THE TASTE OF SALT? I THINK GIVING UP SUGAR IS EASIER THEN GIVING UP SALT!
