I'm a T1, I don't know if that makes a difference but I was doing the same

thing. They increased my insulin which just put me too low other times. Then a

Naturalist said vinegar, so I tried it, successfully. AND, this made a huge

difference for me, s Hopkins put out an email that also said vinegar once a

day could help morning blood sugar. So I still do it, still wake up pretty good.

Not always perfect, depending on what I had the night before, but way better

than it was. I take a tablespoon in water with stevia.

years or there abouts.

as high as 140 sometimes right around 100 most often around 120 130. My after

meal readings which I do twice a day are usually between 115 130 or lower. I

just had lab work done and my a1c is 6.4. My doctor has no idea what's causing

it to be high and neither does my friend who 's a nurse so I thought I'd come

here and ask.
