To the orig poster....I hope you find peace and emotional happiness with your new you. The natural you, the healthy you, the beautiful you. As soon as I am done nursing my daughter I will be getting explanted, too, and I am sure I will feel much as you do. Hugs!

To others..what exactly does fluffing mean? That your breasts fluff up a little over time, like you go from being an A to a full A? What's normal in terms of size increase or time taken to do so?
