Guest guest
Joanne ~ Awesome hearing from you ! ! You sound like you are getting ahead in your quest for health. This is awesome ! Many girls have had trouble introducing supplements too quickly while detoxing. Just go very slow and give your body time to adjust to each new thing. Also that will allow you to see what works and what doesnt. I am glad to hear your energy is up, that is great. Take care and please stay close and keep us updated. Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I've seen Bee's candida site and she really has alot of information on there! Almost overwhelming. It's pretty consistent with what we've suggested, though she is pretty extreme. I tried her hot drink with egg and coconut oil and cinnamon. It was pretty good, but it wasn't something I could bring myself to do everyday. I just was not sick enough to work that hard at it! But I do believe she is on the right track. I found that I could not tolerate Vitamin B supplements. They made me very nauseaous. I decided to go with just a whole food supplement, such as Dr. Mercola's, and not take individual supplements in huge handfuls anymore. I just never felt good on them. I am in agreement with your efforts to get rid of possible offending substances, to include the Ezekial Bread, and kefir if you think you have a dairy (casein) issue. KEfir has tons of probiotics, which are good in the long run, but you can definitely get them other ways, such as with raw sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables. It sounds like you have a good plan! The fact that you had less joint pain after giving up the bread is a good sign. I eat hardly any bread myself, and find that, even though I love bread, I can easily do without. In fact, I believe that most women who have been sick from implants need to give up breads for awhile to see if they do feel better going gluten free. I think that undiagnosed, unrecognized food allergies are a problem for many women and they don't realize it. Keep us informed! I am so happy for you that you are energized! Guest guest
Thanks Patty and Dede, Glad to know that I'm not the only one who can't tolerate the B vitamins. Way tooooo much. And I am glad that you are familiar with her web site. I guess we have to read and try things for ourselves. I have had the egg drink a few times. I get a little nauseated from the coconut oil so I only put a tsp. in. But, yes, the joint pain is almost gone and the foot swelling is down. My eyes are going to be the true test. They always feel like they are glued shut when I wake up and my ears are full of fungus. I am putting coconut oil drops in them too. Hope this helps someone else.
