Guest guest
As far as I can tell it is still keeping my glr's from spiking in the range far over 180, which is the upper limit my indocrinologist wishes to keep my glr under. This morning my fasting glr was 103. hth, Harry Sooner or later even socialists run out of other people's money. GlucoComplete The contents of this product contain 3 ngredients widely and easily found on the net. I think doing much better then $50 per month by getting them yourself would be a fairly easy process. The marketing copy on the product page is bothering. It tells you to avoid all those admonitions from others about eating right and exercise, just pop this tab and shut them up. All 3, or versions of same, have mixed results when tested. If one is not overweight I suspect there is little if any result. All 3 are said to address insulin resistance. Weight loss especially and eating right and exercise does the trick and has its own benefits to boot health wise and quality of life wise. Metformin which is now dirt cheap does this and more. In fact I get metformin for free from a local grocery pharmacy. XB IC|XC
Guest guest
Thanks Harry really sugar Romans 10:17 Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. ~Sugar Re: GlucoComplete It would be interesting to discover whether or not GlucoComplete and Metformin can do the same thing. I have never taken Metformin, so I can't say anything about its effect on my body. Those who have taken it, please comment. Harry Time prevents all things from happening at once. Guest guest
I have taken chromium piccolinate and I'm taking cinnamon right now. The jury is still out on cinnamon but the chromium did lower the blood sugar but like Amy, not enough to quit taking the other meds. Guest guest
Hi Sugar, I could handle the 1000mg just fine but when it was doubled to 2000mg it was a nightmare but I had to stick it out because it was working and lowering my a1c quite nicely. Someone suggested low sugar yogurt so I'm wondering if the yogurt is taken with the Metformin dose or if it's just a once a day sort of thing. I'd like to try it to see if it helps with the stomach issues. I'm also Lactose intolerant but I've had Yogurt before and it never seemed to bother me.
