Sorry I meant to answer all of these in the first post. I've never used LDM or

virastop, but I think virastop is for cell wall lysis. I know lysine is a must

for the herpes virus ecspecially cold sore flares. Monolaurin is the active

ingredient in coconut, this is what I just had my daughter on. Right now she's

not on much, she's just getting over being sick (first time she's been sick in

years). We did olive leaf for a long time, I think it's good for maintenance. I

might use it when I get my daughter started again. Pretty gentle I believe. Hope
