Guest guest
Hi All, Just wanted to fill you in on what's been going on with my health. Be prepared...this is the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed in my life! My doc said he thought I had parasites due to previous years of bloating as well as from my current vision problems and numbness. So he put me on Stromectol/Ivermectin (a de-wormer for pets) and some Helmin homeopathic drops for intestinal parasites. He told me to watch for what comes out but I never in my life imagined it would be anything this major...I passed an 8 " tapeworm!!! I'm still in shock and absolutely disgusted. The only thing that is helping me cope is that I remind myself " better out than in. " There are usually two hosts and lots of babies, so we'll see what else happens. In reading, I've found that these worms can work their way into the brain and eyes, particularly in those with heavy metals and multiple sclerosis. Now I wonder if the crawly feelings I've had here and there are from worms! I know Sandy had mentioned the possibility and I think she may be right!!! From what I've been reading, anyone with heavy metals should also address parasitic, bacterial, viral and fungal infections because they all go hand in hand. Much of this can be taken care of through general detox and diet, but some of it might require special herbs, tinctures, or medications. Also, the downside is that there are few accurate tests for parasites, particularly if they are in the gallbladder, liver and other organs. For me, two stool tests showed absolutely nothing. He diagnosed me purely on symptoms: fatigue, vision problems, numbness and a low reading on my gallbladder meridian. Since taking the meds, I have more energy but the right side of my neck is in absolute agony. My vision is better but I still have some spaciness/brain fog. Hope I didn't gross anyone out:) Love, PH
