Pre Operative Diagnosis: Serous fluid left breast

Post Operative Diagnosis: Same

Operation: Excision of seroma capsule left breast, aerobic cultures

Clinical History: Same as above

Final Diagnosis

Seroma capsule left breast (excision)

Dense hyalinized fibrous with patchy lymphoid

chronic inflamation organizing surface fibrin and

surrounding benign breast paenchyma without

prolife change or atypia and foci of striated muscle

Gross Description

Specimen is received in formalin labeled seroma capsule

left breast and is aomewhat irregular piece of rubbery,

tarnish grey, membranous tissue consistent with seroma

capsule. The interior of the capsule tissue is trabeculated

with surface fibrin and measures 7.5 x 4.7 cm in the area.

The attached fatty tissue appears non-indurated and measures

up to 4.0 cm. Representative sections are submitted in four blocks.

I have not moved my bowels in a couple of days

Now that the drain is gone and my son is finally settled

I will do an enema tonight and drink seasalt water

I'm having extreme pain in my upper back

between my shoulders blades and lower back

The soles of my feet have been hurting really bad

Maybe it's from all this candida weight

My breathing has not been the same since after

under the muscle implantation.

I am alway holding the right side of my throat

I have no idea if this is my gland or not, it feels

like it's beating really fast just like my heart

My doctor said it's my throat

Before Seroma Removal

My blood pressure reading was high, very high, and normal

and this would change on a daily basis

After Seroma Removal

My blood pressure had been reading very normal

on a daily basis for the first time since 1999

DIA: 84

PULSE: 70

I would like to try thyroid meds

but do not know which ones

and my doctor will say no

I had thyroid testing, my doctor

and Dr. Kolb said my thyroid is fine

I can hardly function

I also have lost all sensation in my left breast

Hope with time it will come back
