You do not have to do IV chelation just because you want to chelate. The

problem, in my opinion, with many natural products is that there is not research

as to the necessary dosing shedule/amount/duration. There are low dose oral

protocols using DMPS/DMSA/ALA that many people have found to be safe and

effective.

NDF. It seems that PCA has more to offer as far as issues with mycoplasma,

clostridia, etc. My fear with these natural products is that the metals are not

totally getting out of the body...and may lodge in other places. what can help

from preventing this from happening?

HelloMy son is on NDF plus. My DAN wanted me to use it because he thinks it is the safest. It does not mess up the gut like DMSA. So we started with 1 drop. Added 1 drop every other week. When we hit 5 drops two times a day DAN asked us to stay there. It has been almost 8 months since we have started. I checked his Toxic metal levels after 6 months. Lead was dropped from 26 to 24.2 . I do not think this is a very fast detox but I do not have courage to do the chelation faster since it makes my son hyper.

ALA is one of the only chelators proven to cross the BBB if not given correctly

according to it's 1/2 life you could end up doing permanent irreversible damage.
