I wish I could say the same for my son. He loves taking an epsom salt bath. However, it makes him so so hyper. He jumps on the trompoline for hours after taking a bath. I always wonder why my kid does not respond to things as expected..

Magnesium baths were HUGE here.  Who'd have thought that such an easy, inexpensive simple thing could make a world of difference???  Zinc, too.  My kid's a great responder to minerals.

I have to say that adding magnesium to my son's diet has calmed him down immensely. Enzymes, a good B complex and magnesium citrate and he is a different kid. He is also on SCD though so it isn't only the three supps helping him but they made a huge impact on his behavior.

It's a severe magnesium deficiency. I gave Jimmy " naturally calm " and this quelled it. (the organic, raspberry, lemon) -- Toni, explained why this was occurring and she nailed it for us. I have to find the email she sent me, or TONI! chime in...

But, that being said, I adjusted his oxalates (to allow for other things that were really working) along with Toni's suggestions, and I've got another flight of stairs to the finish line...he's like a new kid. And the results were FAST..less than a few hours.
