Guest guest
My Dearest Rogene: This was a very sad day for these two brave ladies. They have not been vindicated; however, this is not over yet. We hope that their lawyers will go to the Supreme Court of Canada; if they do not, history will continue to repeat itself. More women's lives will be destroyed, along with their families. We were so sad last night, because we know these two women well, and our hearts were sad for them. How are you feeling? We will be happy when your radiation is over. How can they continue to get away with this serious health problem? They claim that the breast implants had allegedly leaked....the idiots know that they leak and rupture at a very high rate! It is possible that these three judges were got to by the federal Minister of Health...or even the Prime Minister's Office. Sending love and prayers to every women who has been harmed by these faulty devices....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Women can't sue Health Canada over leaky breast implants Alerts News - My Alerts - Edit Alert Wednesday, October 1, 2008 1:45 PM PDT Women can’t sue Health Canada over leaky breast implants: courtHamilton Spectator Tue, 30 Sep 2008 6:45 PM PDTThe Canadian Press TORONTO — Two women can’t sue Health Canada over silicone breast implants, Ontario’s highest court ruled today. Guest guest
Horrible, but not surprising. Governments the world over are not the benevolent benefactors we believe them to be. It's not about justice. It's about money, power, and who gets to wield it for their purposes.
