How do you get moist heat? Also, are there any topical creams that are rool on?

I don't like getting that stuff on my hands if I don't have to.

I've been way too busy at work lately. I have to take phone calls and most

of the time I use a head set. Some callers have trouble hearing me, or when

they are on a mobile phone, I have trouble hearing them. That's when I have

to pick up the receiver. I've been waking up the past couple of nights with

neck pain from this, and I use tilinol, " excuse my misspelling " and that

helps some. Can't take anything with asprin because of surgery I had 2 years

ago, gastric bypass. Any other sug gestions of how I can help this problem?

It's not going to slow down at work for a while, and this pain has been

known to give me a head ache. I'll take any suggestions or comments.
