Guest guest Posted June 16, 2010 Report Share Posted June 16, 2010 Thank you for making me feel welcome to this group. Today is my first official day, and so far, it has been successful. I find myself wanting to label foods as 'good' or 'bad', (like the old days) but I am eating when I am hungry and stopping when I feel physically satisfied. I think I have had enough food for today, and the true test is not to binge tonight. I am a true night eater, and it will be great if I can just make it through today (and worry about tomorrow later). I am grateful to have a place to come and check in and know that I am supported; good, bad or indifferent, so to speak. I am keeping a food and mood log just to notice any patterns that may appear.
