Thank you for making me feel welcome to this group. Today is my first official day, and so far, it has been successful. I find myself wanting to label foods as 'good' or 'bad', (like the old days) but I am eating when I am hungry and stopping when I feel physically satisfied. I think I have had enough food for today, and the true test is not to binge tonight. I am a true night eater, and it will be great if I can just make it through today (and worry about tomorrow later). I am grateful to have a place to come and check in and know that I am supported; good, bad or indifferent, so to speak. I am keeping a food and mood log just to notice any patterns that may appear. Again, thanks for reading. Hope
