Guest guest
Sandy,I've always had a lot of numbness but it was all along my left side. I do have pain between my shoulders and lower back but I can't tell if it's because I'm not active like I used to be or if it's fibro or what. If you're having trouble walking, it sounds like you might have MS-like symptoms...not true MS, but just similar symptoms...lots of explanted women do. I've been talking w/ a lot of people who have recovered from MS on other forums since my symptoms are so similar. My legs feel weak but I can walk ok...mine seems more vision-related. One guy I've been corresponding with was so numb in his legs he couldn't walk and had to be in a wheelchair. By going on the Hallelujah Acres (raw food) diet, he recovered completely within a year (but didn't see any improvement until he had been on the diet for 7 months). All MS is in my opinion is toxicity from metals, chemicals and the fungi, bacteria and parasites that develop after the first two. As long as you detox, you can regain your health. You should be having a bowel movement once a day, minimum!!! Otherwise, you are retoxifying your body. There are all kinds of fiber supplements on the market. I used Garden of Life Super Seed ( http://www.vitacost.com/Garden-of-Life-Super-Seed ) for about 6 months, then used Dr. Schulze Intestinal Formulas 1 and 2 ( https://web2.herbdoc.com/index.php?gclid=CN78_df19ZUCFQFqxwodEVN44g & c=1 ) Both are great products. Lots of people have recovered using Schulze's products. If you listen to his Natural Healing audio message, it's really inspiring. Also, coffee enemas would help you a lot in flushing out the toxins. Digestive enzymes and probiotics would help you with bloating. I know it's overwhelming, but if you make a commitment to do just one thing, it's a start. Then as you get comfortable w/ that, you can introduce the next thing. It's a journey, that's for sure! Love, PH >> I have not moved my bowels normally since after implantation> I also have a lot of numbness in my lower extremities, back pain > between my shoulders and lower back, I cannot bend or barely walk.> I am still blown up and not really sure this is all a candida issue> > Were these your symptoms also> Sandy~>
Guest guest
I see you did Dr. Schulze too. Did you do them continuously ? My friend passed parasites after being on both 1 and 2 continuously. She passed stuff (worms and mucoid plaque for a year). She said she started passign plaque in teh first few weeks. Now with a new friend-happy design! Try the new Canada Messenger
Guest guest
Hi , No, I haven't used Dr. Schulze continuously. In fact, I had only been on his products for 2 weeks when my current doc suggested the prescription dewormer. However, I love Schulze's products and philosphy. I am definitely going to go back on his products after I finish w/ these meds. The Intestinal Formula 1 has ingredients that helps pull fecal matter away from the colon...really works! The Intestinal Formula 2 has bentonite clay and flax seeds that absorb all the toxins. I've talked w/ a woman who used his program and healed from MS in 37 days (along w/ fasting). This woman said it took 16 days of being on the Formula 2 and then all kinds of stuff came pouring out. She said it's the best cleanse ever. Guest guest
Hi , How do people fast that long?!? What kind of condition was your friend in when she started? My doc wants to get my gallbladder in shape by killing parasites before considering any lengthy fasting. I'm torn as how to eat/fast. I used to juice fast til Patty pointed out the dark green juices may be making me dizzy...she was so right. I cut out dark green juices and did mostly carrot, lemon and a little parsley. Other days I would do granny smith apple, celery and lemon. Seemed to work better, although I've always had some level of spaciness. Today I water fasted until 3 p.m. but was so dizzy that I couldn't take it. I had a milkshake and felt almost normal for 2 hours as far as brain and vision. But, I know it's just a vicious cycle and that it's better for me to stay with whole foods/juices/water and away from the sugar/milk. What are your symptoms and how long have you been explanted? Don't worry...I remember being too weak to juice. You'll get stronger in time. Love, PH > > > > > > I see you did Dr. Schulze too. Guest guest
Hi PH, I've never had breast implants. I have a loved one who really wants them but fortunately she can't afford it. I'm also on this group becasue I found Patty by searching on spacey. I have CFS but am closest to Patty in symptoms. I hope it's ok I'm on this list even though I don't have implants. I really like the discussions on detoxification and I don't see much of it in the CFS community. I have so many food sensitivies (sugar makes me spacey, fats make me break out bad) and I've settled on the following: am: superfood green drink with 1 raw, organic egg adn lecithin and extra spirulina lunch: yogurt fermented for 24 hours and cooked greens dinner: large salad and gluten free starch I also rub about 4 T of coconut oil on my body. It gets absorbed and gives me more calories. It's not much food but it keeps me from getting too weak and dizzy. If I eat any less than that though I get weak and can't function. I think I'm getting good amounts of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals with this diet. I think those that are able to do that fasting aren't as sick as we are. The lady Iknow didnt' have the fatigue. When I tell her what happens to me if I try to fast (can't function, hair falls out in clumps) she says it is detox and I really dont' think it is. Guest guest
Hi , Of course it's ok to be on this forum though not having implants! Welcome to the group! I know for me, I've found far more information here regarding detox than ANY other forum. I too have that spaciness feeling along w/ CFS. I don't know for sure what is causing it, but I suspect it is Leaky Gut from mercury, parasites, and candida...ALL which disrupt hormones. If you have Leaky Gut, proteins from food pass through the gut into the blood stream, causing neurotoxic affects and spaciness. Hormones are involved as well, but I can't figure out the connection yet...only that many women no longer have the spaciness when thyroid, estrogen and progesterone hormones are used. It's a complicated thing but I've met many people who have resolved these issues through a clean diet and detox. I was just talking w/ someone last night who resolved their fatigue and spaciness by working out 1 hour each day. I'm going to try it but may have to ease into it. Do you have any silver amalgam fillings in your mouth or had recent vaccines or tetanus shots? A hair analysis can measure your heavy metals. Have you been on antibiotics? All of these can be the root cause of CFS, in addition to any viruses/bacterial infections you may have. Your diet sounds great! The only thing I wonder about is the spirulina. Dr. Kolb (one of the plastic surgeons) said that spirulina increases cytokine inflammation. I know for Patty and myself, spirulina would make us feel drunk and spacey. If you can handle it, great, because it's supposed to be a great superfood. I'm going to have to take your suggestion w/ the coconut oil and do that myself! I do know that when I was reading about parasites, hair loss was mentioned in a few articles. That might be an area to address. Also, have you had your thryoid antibodies tested? Guest guest
Hi , Welcome and thank you for sharing....I'm so glad you found us. I'm glad to hear you never had breast implants! You are certainly appreciated on this group regardless. We welcome anyone in search of better health. It sounds like you are on the right track with your health. I think fasting may be an approach that you need to investigate thoroughly before you embark on it. Those with adrenal fatigue--and it sounds like this could be your problem in part--are cautioned against doing long fasts. You need to avoid a high carb diet, and focus more on healthy proteins and fats. Keep us posted on your healing progress....CFS is definitely part of our illness, so we share much in common even though you never had implants. We can deduce that implants cause the same type of systemic dysfunction....the only thing you don't know is what caused yours. God bless, Patty --- In , mersan mersan <mersan1998@...> wrote: > > Hi PH, > I've never had breast implants. I have a loved one who really wants them but fortunately she can't afford it. Guest guest
Hi PH, I've found this group the best for detox too. I had 10 silver amalgam fillings until I was about 32 when I had them all removed. Oh yes, I have been on antibiotcs!! When I was about 7 I was in the hospital b/c of a lump that appeared on my neck. I was on antibiotics while there by IV and then oral when I left. Prior to that, I was on antibiotics lots due to ear infections that children often get (I've heard it's due to poor flora due to not being breastfed which I was not). The greens+ drink makes me drunk and spacey and wheatgrass does as well but I do well on the superfood and extra spirulina. I makek my own superfood by buying the ingredients from Pacific Botanicals. I leave out the nutritional yeast b/c I'm just so yeasty myself that any yeast bothers me. I had my thryoid anitbodies tested and they were all nomral. I also had the adrenal saliva test doen and I was overproducing cortisol at 2 of the 4 times during the day. I'm going to really focus on my gut and see where that gets me. I'm using Dr. Schulze 1 and 2 and his superfood right now. I'm going to add his liver and antiparasite formula. And also the raw garlic he says to take each day. > > Hi , > Of course it's ok to be on this forum though not having implants! > Welcome to the group!
