Cheryl ~http://www.gryffins-tail.blogspot.com~~@midian42~ Is sach b known to cause irritability? Tom's looking like crap lately. Pink and puffy around the eyes. Guest guest
Tammy, something to try... I've been reading " the ultimate healing system " by donald lepore, he says if you are 'allergic' to yeast (or yeast series) a theraputic dose of: Thiamin (B1), Pyridoxin (B6), Zinc, Lysine (in the form of Comfrey) and herbs are: Pau D'Arco, Red Clover and Comfrey. Here's a link. (that looks like my book) I tried it on Maddie and we haven't had a rash in a while... go a little more than 1/2 down the page to " Food Allergen's and their neutralizing nutritional antidotes. " http://www.windinherhair.com/data/articles/food_allergies.html Can't hurt. laura > > > Is sach b known to cause irritability? > Tom's looking like crap lately. Pink and puffy around the eyes. Guest guest
Nope. No problems with yeast. I think it's just coincidence that he's getting sick at the same time I've started it. I'll pull it out for a few days to see what happens. I'm a little bummed because this is exactly how things started out last year when he went off on his 6 month torrent. I think it's time to address the hhv-6. His dan wanted to wait until he was sleeping better at night and his good flora numbers were up, but I'm beginning to feel like I shouldn't wait. To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Wed, January 19, 2011 10:32:12 PMSubject: Re: Sach B If he's allergic to yeast, it could be an allergy. Guest guest
Thanks, . I've got just about everything I'd need here in the house. So I think I'll give it a shot. I just happened to see a good one there for my younger guy, too. His allergy to cat dander is so bad, it makes him sick for days (I think he may have histamine issues). Also, as I read this, I couldn't help but think of Alberta and wonder if her little girl might benefit from eating according to her blood type?? Just an added thought. As always, you rock.-TammyTo: mb12 valtrex Sent: Wed, January 19, 2011 10:38:25 PMSubject: Re: Sach B Tammy, something to try... Guest guest
Funny you mention that (eating right for blood type) my daughter really benefits from that... I think for the cat dander (Maddie had a wicked corn allergy) - Linoleic Acid - I think I used flaxseed oil., for Mag, I would use the Naturally calm, and for Histidine I used eggs (cooked) -- because you know, clubbing seals isn't nice, and I am not much of a hunter. and I also used black walnut, because I could hide it in chocolate. right back atcha babe... laura > > > > > > Is sach b known to cause irritability? > > Tom's looking like crap lately. Guest guest
Tammy,My son is having a " flare " of something now too. I am not sure if it's all the whackado changes that have come his way or what. But I am pretty much always whackado, so the fact he is reacting more than usual does feel like something. We were about to hit him up with Valtrex, but I am going to try homeopathy first. First week of February, if we manage to survive. :-) Â Funny you mention that (eating right for blood type) my daughter really benefits from that... Guest guest
I was just thinking the same thing when I read that about reducing allergies. I think I may give it a shot. I don't know what Comfrey is -- I'll check it out next time I go to the HFS. We are probably needing B1 and B6 and I'm trying to find a way to give that w/o getting into a b-complex...after the reaction last time, I fear b-complexes like the 4th horseman of the apocalypse. Normally, she's ok and hums a little (vocal stim) but last time she took a b-complex solution -- the ASD showed its head like I'd never seen it ever before! It was supposed to be free of all the things that bother her, but it made her climb the walls like I'd never seen. Surprisingly, though, her IgG came back not too bad. She wasn't actually reactive to too too many things -- soy, gluten, citrus and (moderately) tomatoes. The rest are all IBS reactions, which I think may be (partially) yeast and a whole other pandora's box I'll need to open soon...I think I hate the IBS reactions more than I hate the actual IgG reactions....there's no quantitative way to test for the IBS reactions and people act like I'm crazy when I say " really, she don't give her too much fruit... " or that she can't have olive oil. It's not an actual reaction that comes back on any test -- just instant violent diarrhea the very moment it goes into her digestive tract....  Thanks, . I've got just about everything I'd need here in the house. So I think I'll give it a shot. I just happened to see a good one there for my younger guy, too. His allergy to cat dander is so bad, it makes him sick for days (I think he may have histamine issues).
