That was going to be my guess also. Maybe it would be good to cover your

backside by writing her an e-mail in which you express your well wishes, you're

sure she'll have a lovely wedding, and thanking her for the honor of asking you

to be MOH but declining. Copy someone, some third party, so that you have a

witness to the e-mail. Take her weapon away, in other words.
