Guest guest
I know some people here hate numbers, so I have a secret to share with those who wish to know.Indocrinologists have a formular to determine how much Lantus one should inject. On my first visit to my indocrinologist she told me I needed 24 units of Lantus per day, which was quite shocking to me since I was injecting 25 units of Lantus twice per day totaling 50units, at the time. The Lantus constitutes my total basal dose of slow-acting insulin. The indocrinologist told me it was quite simple using her formula. I am not saying all indocrinologists use the same formula, but I think they do. The formula given to me was 1% plus 2% is the formula she used to come up with my Lantus dose. The answer had to be 24, so I started figuring on it to find the solution, and I finally did. You may be surprised to discover the final formula solution for this Lantus dose. I did as the indocrinologist prescribed to see what happens next on our nest appointment together. You may be shocked. Once again I was stunned. At least it would be a start for those with inquiring minds. I wonder who that would be? spreading truth, not lies, Harry
