Guest guest
What is the difference between 1.3 cups of oats and 1/3 cups of oats? In my reckoning quite a big difference, but of course many people don't care for accuracy, since a ball park guess will do. Such guesses keep scientists like me scratching their heads and wondering. Why measure anything? when a ball park guess will do! still seeking satori, Harry
Guest guest
I would say 1.3 is all most one third of a cup plus one cup and the other is only one third of a cup. one point 3 is more then one cup. actually one cup and 3 tenths of another cup. But the one third of a cup is 33 percent of one cup. I think I will take the one point 3 because it is more and a big boy like me prefers more always!
