Hi Harry,

They are talking cooked since people eat it cooked, not dryand that is how

many carbs you get from eating that portion.

Subject: which is which?

When they say a quarter of a cup of something like grits or oatmeal has 32

grams of carbs, are they talking about a dry amount or a wet amount, since a

wet amount takes up a lot more space than a dry amount. just wondering,

Harry
