Guest guest Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 I really have been working on eating when hungry and stopping when full...which is a constant challenge all day long...I realized today as I am trying to eat mindfully as a part of these processes that my actual ingestion of food has an exaggerated, almost aggressive component...as if the food is being taken away from me while I eat, so my chewing and consuming are rapid and messy....this was very disturbing to notice, especially as I was hoping to feel more " calm " with the " mindful " , non-distracted eating.
