Also she mentioned a Rheumatoloist, can tthat help ? I want to be better, I can't live this way... Guest guest
, I'm so glad you told your doctor about your implant experience. Inflammation is an issue for alot of us...what kind of testing did she do? There is a diet that you can do that is an anti-inflammatory diet. Basically there are fats, (saturated fats, i.e., animal fats, hydrogenated fats as well as some processed vegetable fats) that cause inflammation to kick into high gear, while there are other foods and fats that are anti-inflammatory. These would be the omega 3 oils, such as those found in fish and fish oils, as well as certain spices such as tumeric, and curcumin. There are also enzymes that reduce inflammation such as bromelain, found in pineapples. The best anti-inflammatory diet does not include any animal products or dairy, and concentrates on plant foods and fish. I found rheumatologists to be a waste of time, because they only want to hand out drugs, drugs and more drugs. But, if you are in a life-threatening situation from autoimmunity, a rheumatologist is who you need to see. Dr. Mercola has stated in one of his articles that a rheumy is useless. I will see if I can find that article and post it. I hope you will feel better.....if mercury is your issue, then you can take DMSA pills that will draw that mercury out, (or chelate it), and there are natural, weaker chelators such as raw garlic, cilantro and lots of Vitamin C. You may feel worse before you feel better. I'm sorry you are going through this!~ Patty > > Thanks for all you guys advice. I only wish I had thought to ask first. There are cures for so many things, why is there nothing that can be done for this ? it's like a burning.... What can it be ? My neck (throat ) gets tight, it's weird. The only thing that helps is Vicodin. And I'm not taking that all the time ! It's not Fimbo...is it ? I mean what cause this , what can it be ? Surely some doctors know what it is, don't they ?In , " glory2glory1401 " <glory2glory1401@...> wrote: > > , > I'm so glad you told your doctor about your implant experience. > Inflammation is an issue for alot of us...what kind of testing did she > do? > > There is a diet that you can do that is an anti-inflammatory diet. > Basically there are fats, (saturated fats, i.e., animal fats, > hydrogenated fats as well as some processed vegetable fats) that cause > inflammation to kick into high gear, while there are other foods and > fats that are anti-inflammatory.
