Hi,

Seems like there are a few people on the list that would like to get buddies to

work with. I am one of them.

I am 56 & I've been doing IE seriously for about 6 months. I never want to go

back to dieting or weighing myself again. If you would be interested in being my

buddy for the purpose of sharing the experiences of IE at a more personal level,

please email me. I love posting & reading posts in the groups but I really like

the idea of working more closely with someone at a deeper more personal level.
