Guest guest Posted March 14, 2010 Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 Hi all, I get learning how to tune in to your emotions...but one I am having trouble with is being bored. I know I am not hungry, but I feel the need to " munch " when I am watching TV, reading, etc. How do you cope with this & get past it? What do I do instead? Do I just have to wait until it feels more normal to not eat when I'm bored, but not hungry? Hope that makes sense.
