I went the entire month of July without weighing once. I've succumbed twice this month, but even just twice in a month is progress. I used to weigh 2-3 times per day! Some days are harder than others to stay off the scale (I've shoved it under my bed so it doesn't tempt me), but it does make a huge difference to not see those numbers every day. I the meantime, though it still definitely varies by day, I find that with IE, I'm feeling better about myself, generally, and that makes the numbers less important to me.
