I would start by calling the surgeon your seeing for explant

Maybe they will fax a letter over to Angel Flight

I'm sure their secretary will assist you

This is just my opionion....

I would not mention breast implants to Angel Flight,

Let them know your not wheel chair bound just having

difficulty getting around and need medical attention

Angel Flight - To my knowledge

I wouldn't say your having chest pain that might scare them off as they are

only volunteers who assist the sick and cannot afford to travel.

I'm pretty sure they only take patients

that can walk on their own without assistance.

I do not think I would mention chest pain to Angel Flight

Besides that is your personnel medical history

Please do not hold me to this statement

Chest Pain - that might scare them off !!

Remember their volunteers not doctors.
