Guest guest Posted August 16, 2010 Report Share Posted August 16, 2010 I'm new to the group having nearly finished the Intuitive eating book, I am relieved of worry with this book and am now reading Why Weight. I struggle with what i call the tyranny of numbers; i.e. scale(threw away), size on my clothes, body image etc. Any feedback on how to get past this I would really appreciate.
