Guest guest
Hi , I am going to have an echocardiogram done after the first of the year. I went to my cardiologist and he did an EKG and said it was fine but he wants to do the echocardiogram and stress test. I think it is better since we have so much pain in our chests and back. It is better to eliminate any possibility that it could also be heart related. I told him I was also having dizzy spells. He said there could be Syncope developing but he wanted me to increase my water and salt intake. He said no skipping meals and that I should drink all through the day. He said that if you are not drinking enough, which I do drink water and tea, that your brain sends a signal out which will give you different symptoms including spasms of the esophagus. He also wants me to take 64 mg of slow release magnesium. Magnesium is suppose to help with muscle cramps and spasms. He also suggested drinking a sports drink. I am not sure any of this will help but I am willing to try anything at this point. I am also scheduled to have a barrium swallow and an upper GI done after the first of the year. > > Hello, > I had a Heller Myotomy (with a partial wrap)two years ago at Mt. Pain from achalasia can be just like a heart attack, even hurting in the jaw. If it is one should make sure the heart is in good condition. notan
Guest guest
I am going to start juicing this weekend I am clueless how to start the process Can someone give me a list at which veggies to start out with? What else I can put in my juicer and what do you do with left over pulp ? Cleaning the juicer I don't know how good it would be to soak the juicer parts in chlorine bleach in water. Isn't chlorine toxic? I want to try and come out of this crippling state I am in Maybe I have fybro who knows Sandy~
