Does this sound more like mold verses fluid retention ???

After getting saline implants my breast were hard as a rock and painful for about two years

I was derailed because the doctors and surgeon insisted my implants were fine

Those crawly sensations in my knees felt like worms crawling 24/7

After implant removal the crawly sensations in my knees dissipated immediately

Since after implant removal I have pain that remains in my knees and now it's in my feet

I can barely walk, my feet burn and hurt along with the pain in my knees

How do I know if this is mold or fluid retention because my

knees, theighs and feet are so swelled my doctor is saying it's fluid retention

Soon after getting implants I was unable to bend or hardly dress myself

and I still remain in this condition of not being able to function

The back pain inbetween my shoulders is also very painful

I have lost all my muscle mass
