Sandy~ Doctor says the en block method does not apply for my saline implants because a capsule isn't created with my type implant? He said I just need to have the implants removed, will take about 30 minutes, and about $2200. He does not advise doing a lift right away because he said there is a very good chance I won't even need it; did not try to sell me a smaller implant. He is very opposed to areola's being altered and only does those on rare occasions (yeah). I told him my implant surgeon tried to convince me to have mine reduced and he said it was fantastic I didn't do it. He asked if I want to be asleep or awake? There won't be any drains. He used to do 10 explants a week when the silicone issues arose with DOW but says he rarely does them now because most women are not having them removed. Said he has probably done the most explants overall though in the State of MN and that would make sense. Said he would need to clean the pocket. Referred to him by law firm that took on Dow Chemical.
