Guest guest
What a brilliant question! I am pretty new to IE, but being of a pragmatic bent, what about making sure you have eaten and are well rested before doing the grocery shopping; and if you can, get rid of the kids (ifyou have them) so you can go have a proper look at things like the health food aisle and all the other aisles! I have been amazed at what they sell when I give myself some time to see the food, and when I am not hungry and tired and pressured to be home at a particular time, I have discovered such things as *couscous* (which I have never been able to find before?), *brown rice*(much better for stir fries than white rice), *wholemeal flour*(cranberry muffins anyone?) and other things which I have always wanted to eat more of or try or venture into but just never gave myself the full opportunity because I was 'too busy'. Can I also suggest (given I am so full of them at the moment), going through some recipe books and seeing what you would like to try and buying the corresponding ingredients. One new recipe a week or something. I am finding exploring what I feel like, a marvellous experience doing the above, hope it adds some value for you too!
