Guest guest
Congrats - I celebrate your victory with you! I had a similar experience last week when I joined my extended family for a dinner out. I selected what I wanted and didn't eat those things that weren't high on the list of what I truly wanted, enjoyed what I ate, stopped when I was pleasantly full and took the rest home with me to enjoy another time. It felt so good to go to bed that night and not regret the choices that I had made that day. I also noticed that I slept better because I wasn't stuffed! I wish I could say that every day was like that, but it's not. Guess that's why they call it a journey . . . but thank you for sharing your victory. I ate what I wanted instead of thinking about my weight and even shared a dessert with my hubby. I ate just enough. I wasn't stuffed or miserable but comfortable and satisfied. I just wish all my meals were like this. >

Guest guest
Hi DAnn, Congratulations on your anniversary and your victory! After this victory, why shouldn't your other meals be equally as satisfying and enjoyable? Kudos to you! Hope this victory is the start of even more success for you! Best wishes, Jeanne
