Guest guest
Hi, No chemo today, instead I had a shot of Aranesp for the red blood properties being so low, and a shot of Neulasta for the white blood count being so low. So, no chemo at least until Oct. 3rd. I can tell you I was very upset and disappointed and discouraged that I could not get on with my treatment. So, barring side effects from the two shots (I spent 3 days in bed last time with Aranesp, whether it was from the low red blood counts or the shot, I don't know), I will be in Oregon from the 26th until the 1st and will do chemo again on the 3rd if the blood counts are ok. They should be, with all the stuff they shot into my body. So thanks to all who have been my support network. I am working on turning this into a positive so I don't dwell on this setback.
