I will have to investigate it further, since I was just reading wiki. Could you explain the whole co-factor thing? I'm just curious because I recently found out that my daughter has low carnitine as well (and possible mito issues), and I think eventually we are going to be doing the l carnitine COQ10 thing. Dose on the bottle is 1 oz (32 servings per bottle I believe) which would equal the 100 mg coq10 and 1000 mg l-carnitine.
