Guest guest
Hi Suzy, I definitely got a rash from fasting that was not able to be washed away. It was a deeper seated response to the fasting and would disappear gradually after my fast ended. I have not used castor oil packs regularly, but I used to put castor oil on my feet, slathering it abundantly and putting socks over them to do its thing while I slept overnight. I never got a rash from that. I don't know what it would mean, other than toxins are coming out, or your body is not liking the castor oil. Please let us know if you find out anything else in your research about using castor oil packs. Thanks for sharing your experience! Best wishes for healing, Patty > > I'm getting a rash from my castor oil pack and I'm onlyusing 2 T.
