The book teaches you how to do it to yourself and your family. I haven't gotten as far as HOW to do it, yet. Just got through reading the theory behind it. What I've been able to gather in a nutshell (and please correct me anybody if I'm wrong), is that all matter is energy (this is well established and supported by many nobel prize winning scientists). Energy is transmitted through frenquencies. When events (stressors) in our lives take place, a "photo" is taken and placed in our brain (memory)....our cells react accordingly. If we are in a constant state of stress or trauma, our cells must react to defend our bodies. Our cells do two things: they either grow or defend. When they are not doing one, they are doing the other.

This book teaches us to interupt negative frequencies with positive. I'm about to find out how if I can find some peaceful time to read after we've finished school for the day.....
