Guest guest
Hi Patty, I'm feeling better in spirit since passing the worm, knowing that my body will be able to better absorb nutrients, but physically feeling about the same. My vision is back completely (yay!) but I feel congested in my eyes constantly...like there is a fog in my head that I just want to shake out. I worry because my fatigue is so severe. I'm able to go out and run errands but it's so draining...even just carrying on a simple conversation wipes me out. I know I'm on the right track, but it's taking soooo long. I'll have been explanted 17 months. I had a 2nd hair analysis last week and it came back only high in aluminum this time...it doesn't mean my mercury is gone as it only shows what I excrete, but I really hope it's out of me for good! I also had a 2nd ELISA food allergy test and I am now only mildly sensitive to eggs, green beans and peanuts...before I tested for over 20 so I know I'm improving. I don't know when to introduce the thyroid meds/HRT. My docs are advising against it saying that as long as there are toxins in the body, they are blocking the hormone receptors and so any HRT will not be as effective...what do you think? It makes me wonder if that's why so many women have trouble getting their dosage right...yet, at the same time, I've talked w/ women who cured their MS simply through hormones...and if one has MS, they have tons of toxins. I don't know what to do. I think I want to make sure I'm rid of the metals and get my minerals up (was low in ALL except extremely high in calcium and magnesium) and then I'll see what's next...but then I start thinking about the relationship of candida w/ the progesterone/estrogen ratio and think am I just spinning my wheels as long as my hormones are out of whack?? I haven't read Suzanne Summers books but I see she now has a few on hormones. Which one would you recommend? Hope you are feeling well. Thanks for all your wonderful advice! Guest guest
PH, I'm so happy your vision is back completely! I am no doctor, but I would get on thyroid meds if that is what you need, toxins or no toxins. Your body needs a strong functioning metabolism. Dr. Gerson put his cancer patients on Armour thyroid right away as part of his cancer therapy, and I'm quite certain those patients had varying degrees of toxicity. I would recommend Suzanne Somers books " Ageless " which I have read, and even more, " Breakthrough " which I am reading currently. I think both have good info but I am really astounded by what I am reading in Breakthrough! Hormones are vital as we age, that much is clear. I am doing great, as usual...no symptoms to report. I know how discouraging it is to be so far away from explant and still feeling sick...I was there...but don't give up. You are doing all the right things. Keep looking for the keys that will unlock those final doors to your health recovery. You're getting closer and closer!
