Rather than going to the store and being pulled in by a variety of enticements I hadn't even thought of, I'm trying to think about the taste I'm looking for (rather than the food), such as salty, crunchy, creamy, protein, etc. How do other people decide what they are hungry for without being pulled in by outside influences?
