I'm lactose intolerant, and used to eat tons of cheese and the bloated feeling would feel " full " . Sick! Bananas do fill me up quite a bit as well, and bean dishes. LOVE my beans!!! Eggs also work well, and nut butters. > > What social cues affect the level of food you eat and your fullness > ratio? > Parties are hard, probably a bit of social anxiety mixed with TONS of amazing foods...ha! And yes...the HALT philosophy...being too Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired can make me eat more. Days of sleep deprivation have me eating more than my body needs.
