This stuff is fascinating. And revolutionary. Here is a small excerpt where the components of "fight or flight" are being discussed:3. Individual cells receive an alarm message from the nervous system to shift out ofgrowth and into the self-protection mode. (Cells in growth mode are impervious toillness and disease; cells in self-protection mode are susceptible to illness anddisease.)So, with that small bit of information, we can consider our children - so young. Their small bodies still growing and developing....how is this supposed to happen properly when their nervous systems are forced into self protection mode so early on in their lives?So far, so good.
