Guest guest
Hi all, I have found two products on line that are normally only available from health care practioners, so I wanted to share the websites in case anyone is interested. I do not know if these products work (or do harm), nor do I have any financial incentive in recommending them. That said, here they are: One is the Standard Process Medi-Herb Wormwood Complex, which was recommended by PH's doctor and she reports good results with it as an anti-parasite remedy. However, she took other things along with it, so we are not sure it was just he Wormwood that worked. I ordered this product myself and it just arrived today(it did take over 2 weeks to get here but it is the correct product. The cost is about $60 per bottle plus shipping and the website is http://www.totalhealthvitamins.net/product/6775/mediherb The other is the product I previously mentioned is a new detoxifying product by Boyd Haley called OSR. It is quite expensive at $300 per bottle, but my understanding is that this bottle provides a 6-month supply. However, I have not been able to confirm yet that the bottle does supply a 6-month supply. This product is already getting a lot of hype in the child autism world. If you do a search on " Boyd Haley's OSR for detox " you can read some info about it. People are saying it has no side effects (much more tolerable than DMSA and DMPS), but the efficacy for clearing metals is still not clear. It is purported to both kill free radicals in the body and moreover increase gluthatione in the cells, thus allowing the body to better detoxify metals and other pathogens. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be selling it in smaller bottles for those of us who would just want to try it out and make sure we can even tolerate it. If anyone here would be interested in splitting the cost of a bottle with me (and splitting the contents of course), please let me know. Here is the link, as I am reluctant to spend $300 without knowing more: http://stores.homestead.com/BiopureHealingProducts/Detail.bok?no=65 Lastly, I also have a link for a company out of the country that supposedly sells prescription Armour thyroid, but I am reluctant to post it because I am not certain that it truly is Armour thyroid. I bought some and did receive " Westhroid, " which is described as a prescription USP Armour thyroid on the bottle. I was able to confirm elsewhere that Armour, NatureThryroid, and Westhroid are all basically the same thing. Anyway, as it turns out my doctor is writing me the Armour, so I haven't even used the Westhroid. Anyway, if anyone is really desperate to get Armour and wants the name of this site, let me know and I will post it or email it to you. Patty, I hope this is all OK with you. Again, I have no financial incentive and don't even know if these products work. I am just posting because they are otherwise only available through practioners and I know from personal experience that it can be difficult and expensive to find such practitioners.
