Guest guest
On www.aimfamily.com there are several items listed for cleansing the body. They are all buy the AIM company. This is also a sight for infertility, but don't let that deter you. A lot of the women who are infertile need to loose weight, and this sight toots fantastic products for cleaning out the intestines. A lot of the women talk about (don't read if you are queasy) rope like bowel movements. I don't need to loose weight, and my diet is pretty healthy, so I never tried it. You can also sign up and pay wholesale prices for $25 fee. If anyone is interested in buying the products listed under AIM and wants to buy wholesale, let me know so I can get the credit for you signing up. I buy the barley green, carrot juice, and beet juice powders. I cannot afford a juicer at this time, so I take the cheaper and easier way out. Bye for now, Pam. Guest guest
Hi EDLD, I grew up in Burlington, married my Husband who is from Woburn, currently we live in Virginia. I sure do miss large fried clams and the fall foliage. On colonics, I bought a board in 1996 for 130.00 and do them at home. They radically changed my well being as I had thyroid cancer. Ended up never needing treatment or Synthroid, which all my family is on. In 1996 I was diagnosed with a goiter, today I have 7 nodules smaller then 1cm. In other words I shank them enough to lose the goiter. My energy zoomed. I used Arise & Shine along with the colonics. Hope this helped. Guest guest
i dont underswtand, i go to a colon therapist who uses disposable equipment, there is nothing to cross contaminate. fred
Guest guest
So are you suggesting that colonics be done at home and not with a colon hydrotherapist? I've never had a colonic done and would sure love to try it.
Guest guest
I'm not sure where Hulda received her information. But with any FDA approved colon Therapy equipment. there is absolutely NOT any way for cross contamination. All equipment used on the client , the speculum, fresh water, and waste water tubing is all disposable on the closed system equipment. and on the " Gravity " systems, the speculum is disposable. So unless Hulda was referring to old outlawed equipment there can be no cross contamination. I guess there may be some of the old equipment around. Just check that the theapist is using FDA Approved equipment. Good luck. you will find colon hydrotherapy to be very effective.
Guest guest
There is nothing wrong with regular colon therapists as long as theyuse FDA approved equipment. Just ask.

Guest guest
Yes, colon cleansing. For instance, I understand that you should eat foods that are high in fiber. What " O " foods are high in fiber? I have also read that you need to fast, drink lots of distilled water, take proper herbs, get washed internally, that sort of thing. I just want to get a better handle on colon cleansing while using the " O " diet. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. > more info on colon cleansing? > Colon Cleansing > > > I don't know much about it, but I'm interested in finding out more. > Comments please. > > > > > You are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the mailing list. Guest guest
The vegetables are high in fibre as long as they are not well cooked. Raw and just lightly blanched. Also fruit is good in fibre. I have had no trouble since being on the diet and I do not eat very much if at all sometimes carb as I seem to react to a lot of it. Guest guest
, If you have not had a colonic irrigation, I can especially recommend that you get one at a clinic with a certified colon therapist. A colonic irrigation removed many toxins from the body, which are the root cause of disease. Kathleen
Guest guest
, Dr. D'Adamo recommends butyrate for Type O's for fiber. Kathleen
Guest guest
Bill, My gastroenterologist recommends a colonoscopy every five years if you are over 40 and have a history of colon disease in your family. My father is A positive, and had two tumors removed from his colon in 1992. Fortunately, his cancer was caught early, and needed only surgery. Guest guest
, Dr. D'Adamo says that butyrate is a fatty acid. He says it promotes the normalization of tissue. He says that a high-fiber diet can increase levels of butyrate in colon cell walls. You can also take it orally. It is available in health food stores. Guest guest
A friend just came back from 10 days in MAssachussetts at a Seventh Day Adventist spa where they really get the gunk out & train people who to eat. They didn't use colonics, rather had the people drink " gallons " of seawater and herbs & stuff, sit in saunas then get doused with cold water, etc. I had to stop him describing all the goop that came out of him, but he described one stinking ball of tar almost as big as a basketball as JUST ONE of his bowel movements!
